Our workers compensation modifier will be at 1.0 this renewal, effective 10/1/2013 to 10/1/2014, <br /> compared to a 1.02 the previous term. This means we will not be paying a 2%premium for our <br /> insurance. Hopefully, we can continue the downward trend and receive a discount in the future <br /> if our modifier is below 1.0. The past few years our modifier had slowly been increasing from a <br /> discount position to a premium position so this is a great improvement to see. <br /> Quarterly inventory cycle counts were completed in July with great success. Each of the <br /> departments of Electric, Water, and Security continue to improve on organization and processes <br /> to tweak the overall management of inventory levels.
