<br /> Ted has over 21 years of experience in the field of water resources
<br /> engineering. As a Hydrologic Technician, Ted is responsible for
<br /> completing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses of drainage systems for a
<br /> wide variety of surface water management-related projects. He is also
<br /> familiar with numerous water quantity and quality models that can be
<br /> used to assist in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
