Below are bios for <br /> each member and one page resumes follow in the appendix. <br /> Pete Willenbring, PE <br /> Project Manager-Billing Rate$142 1hour <br /> Pete is a registered professional engineer with more than 30 years <br /> of experience providing consulting services to 100+ city, county, <br /> state, and federal clients. Pete has expertise in most fields of civil <br /> engineering, but is widely recognized to have focused on and developed <br /> special expertise in the fields of water resource and environmental engineering, <br /> project management, design, and planning. <br /> Over the course of his career, Pete has managed water resource related projects or <br /> regulatory programs for more than 50 cities or watershed districts within the Twin <br /> Cities metropolitan area. He has reviewed, analyzed, designed, or managed the <br /> I:f construction of more than 1,000 projects that were built to manage stormwater runoff <br /> ;1 rates, volumes, or quality in lakes, streams, or drainage systems throughout Minnesota. <br /> r Y <br /> + Some selected experience in just the last three years highlights why Pete is the ideal <br /> 1 project manager for this project. He was the primary technical resource and author of <br /> the nationally distributed APWA white paper entitled "A Public Works Perspective on <br /> the Cost vs. Benefit of Various Stormwater Management Practices." He developed five <br /> citywide water quality/habitat management plans that outline, as part of development <br /> or redevelopment, the implementation of hundreds of projects that utilize dozens of <br /> different types of water reuse and water quality BMPs/improvements. <br /> � Jason Wedel, PE <br /> fI Quality Review-Billing Rate$133 1hour <br /> Jason will perform a quality review of this project given his institutional <br /> knowledge of the City relating to the existing infrastructure, as well as <br /> r t infrastructure needs within the community. He will report to Pete and <br /> ' + l will collaborate with Andi and Pete relating to project timeline. Jason will attend <br /> ` 14 applicable meetings with City staff and the Citizens Advisory Committee. <br /> Jason is an Associate and Senior Project Manager in our Municipal Group. He has <br /> I proven managerial expertise related to municipal engineering.
