City of <br /> Elk <br /> River <br /> Resolution 13- <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contribution from <br /> Charles Larson for a Park Bench <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br /> individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a$700 donation from Charles Larson with the <br /> intent it be used by the Parks and Recreation Department for the purchase of a park bench <br /> to be installed at the end of the paved Great Northern Trail at the city line. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br /> to acknowledge the support and commend Great River Energy for their donation. <br /> Passed and adopted this 19,' day of August, 2013. <br /> John J.
