Case No. CU 13-08—Public Hearing <br /> The staff report was presented by Zach Carlton. Staff recommended approval of the <br /> request with the six conditions listed in the staff report. <br /> Vice Chair Westberg asked if the long expanse shown on the building elevations with no <br /> break is allowed. Mr. Carlton stated that he believes the plans meet the ordinance. <br /> Vice Chair Westberg opened the public hearing. There being no public comment,Vice <br /> Chair Westberg closed the public hearing. <br /> MOTION BY COMMISSIONER JEREMY JOHNSON AND SECONDED BY <br /> COMMISSIONER ERIC JOHNSON TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE <br /> REQUEST BY PREFERRED POWDER COATING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE • <br /> PERMIT, CASE NO. CU 13-08,WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. VEGETATIVE SCREENING PLANTED AS INDICATED IN ATTACHED <br /> LANDSCAPE PLAN. <br /> 2. PLANTINGS IDENTIFIED ON THE LANDSCAPING PLAN DATED MAY <br /> 15,2013 SHALL BE MAINTAINED AND REPLACED AS NECESSARY. <br /> 3. AS A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS NOT A BUILDING PERMIT,THE <br /> APPLICANT SHALL APPLY FOR ALL REQUIRED PERMITS. <br /> 4. SAMPLING MANHOLE AS REQUIRED BY UTILITIES. <br /> 5.
