THE DEVELOPMENT SHALL MEET ALL APPLICABLE FIRE CODES. <br /> THE FIRE CHIEF SHALL VERIFY THE LOCATION OF ALL FIRE <br /> HYDRANTS,AND MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL HYDRANTS <br /> NECESSARY TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE <br /> RESIDENTS. <br /> 3. A COMMON PLATTED LOT SHALL BE PROVIDED TO COVER ACCESS <br /> DRIVES, GREEN AREAS,AND UTILITIES. A BLANKET DRAINAGE <br /> AND UTILITY EASEMENT SHALL COVER THIS LOT. <br /> 4. Mr.Leeseberg noted that staff is <br /> recommending 16 trees. <br /> Commissioner Eric Johnson asked why staff is not requesting more trees. Mr.Leeseberg <br /> explained that based on the fact that this is an existing business, staff feels 16 trees is <br /> appropriate. Chair Anderson also noted that through past experience,property owners have <br /> a difficult time establishing vegetation in this area due to the soils. <br /> Chair Anderson opened the public hearing. There being no public comment, Chair <br /> Anderson closed the public hearing. <br />
