The proposed preliminary plat creates two lots out of the existing 3 <br />lots. The easement they are requesting to vacate is located along the north <br />property line of lot 2 as shown on the attached exhibit. The 10 foot easement <br />has no utilities and will not correspond with any proposed new lot lines. New <br />easements will be included along all new lot lines as shown on the attached <br />preliminary plat for Elk River Retail Center No. 2. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended the City Council approve Resolution No. 98-__ vacating <br />the 10 foot drainage and utility easement along the north line of Lot 2, Block <br />1, Elk River Retail Center. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
