Mr. Chris Leeseberg
Page Two
January 14, 2004

Additional topographic information should be provided on Parcel A in and around the area
chosen for the house location and primary and secondary septic sites to ensure that the
locations are buildable and of the appropriate elevation.

As you and I have discussed, we believe it would be better to have a lot line between
Parcel A and Parcel B without as many corners. It would also seem to be advantages to
have the lot corner at the public right-of-way in such a position that the existing house
would not look over the neighbor's property. This may require that Parcel B be slightly
smaller than the required 2.50 acres.

If a revised exhibit were provided showing all this information and indicating that Parcel B would be a
buildable parcel, we would be prepared to recommend approval of the administrative subdivision.
The City Council could either approve the subdivision with these items listed above as contingencies
or table this item until the requested information is provided.

If you have any questions regarding this information, please call.

Sincerely,

Howard R.
