The existing property is a 43 acres of farm <br />fields and woodlands. The site is in the A1 zone (Agricultural Conservation) <br />across County Road 33 from the Rla zone (Single Family Residential. The <br />proposed 10 acre lot is undeveloped with a powerline easement through the <br />southern quarter of it.
