ERMU would retain the ownership of the shutoff valve to the <br />water main on 1801h Avenue and Fillmore Drive. The water main beneath 1801h <br />Avenue and Fillmore Drive would remain an asset of ERMU. With this transfer, <br />a loop connecting the water main under private driveway E to the water main on <br />County Road 12 would not be required. The hydrants at the ends of private <br />driveways A, C, E /F, G, and H would be transferred in ownership to the home <br />association. The home association would take responsibility for the mitigation of <br />stagnant water if that issue should occur. <br />2.
