• <br /> Additional Information <br /> Why Select Bolton & Menk, Inc.? <br /> We believe that Bolton&Menk is the best consultant to assist the City of Elk River with their <br /> Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements for the following reasons. <br /> Continuity <br /> Bolton&Menk,Inc.has recent experience with the City of Elk River in working on the recently <br /> submitted Facility Plan.We have developed an understanding of the treatment facility,operations <br /> staff and City staff.This knowledge will allow Bolton&Menk to commence immediately with <br /> the design process.This continuity will be especially important in working through the Great <br /> River Energy option of sending biosolids to Great River Energy.The Bolton&Menk team has <br /> conducted multiple meetings with the operations staff.We have a complete understanding of the <br /> operation of the treatment facility and of the improvements that are needed. <br /> Project Team <br /> Bolton&Menk has the largest regional environmental staff consisting of 33 members,including <br /> 18 engineers with M.S.or Ph.D.degrees.This staff has worked on over 150 wastewater planning, <br /> design and construction projects over the past 20 years.In addition,Bolton&Menk employs <br /> licensed wastewater operators and we utilize them during design,construction and project start-up. <br /> All of this collective experience makes us uniquely qualified for this project for the City of Elk River. <br /> Experience <br /> In 2012,Bolton&Menk was Bolton&Menk has worked on more wastewater projects than any other <br /> recognized for Excellence in regional firm. Many of these projects have been recognized by our peers <br /> Engineering by the Minnesota and have won awards.
