Andrea M. Moffatt, PWS Environmental Planning Et Natural Resources Group Manager, Principal Andrea is the head of WSB's Environmental and Natural Resource Group and has 17 years of experience in project management in planning and environmental projects. Her experience includes environmental assessment, comprehensive plans, wetland delineations and assessment, natural resource management plans, and permitting. Andrea has successfully managed large projects that bring the expertise of many staff together to accomplish a common goal for her clients. She is also committed to delivering outstanding customer service to her clients on a daily basis. Education: Clients have routinely stated they enjoy working with Andrea for her Master of Science in Plant ability to get a job done, keep them informed, and exceed their Pathology, Minor in Plant Biology, expectations.
