The Comprehensive <br /> Plan brought together various elements <br /> "A of Mahtomedi into a comprehensive <br /> "big picture" plan that provides a basic <br /> J framework to guide other planning efforts <br /> ,ez <br /> l i a in the City and to guide the relationship <br /> i between the City and the metropolitan <br /> region. <br /> a, w�rve The City promoted public participation <br /> Ie,2 tiane ,-0 throughout the planning process, which <br /> included 14 meetings with a Citizens <br /> a. <br /> RR Advisory Committee that included the <br /> Planning Commission and interested <br /> members of the City Council and City <br /> Staff, two sustainability and Natural <br /> m <br /> 0 Step Framework seminars in association <br /> with Sustainability Associates, and one <br /> community public open house. <br /> The Mahtomedi Comprehensive Plan <br /> emphasizes the City's desire to maintain <br /> = C?
