Historical Wastewater Loadings <br /> The historical wastewater loading data was taken from DMR's submitted to the MPCA. <br /> The City records influent loading data for the Five Day Carbonaceous Biochemical <br /> Oxygen Demand (CBOD5), Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and Phosphorous.
