-CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> Chapter 78- UTILITIES <br /> ARTICLE III. -SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br /> DIVISION 2. -SEWER USE AND DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Subdivision II. - Building Sewers and Connections <br /> Sec. 78-132. - Compliance with conditions of service. <br /> Any person desiring to make a service connection to the public sewer shall comply with the <br /> conditions set forth by the city. <br /> (Code 1982, § 1300.06(14)) <br /> Sec. 78-133. - Bond for persons installing connections. <br /> No person shall make a service connection to the public sewer until a bond to the city is filed with the <br /> building department conditioned that the person will indemnify and hold harmless the city from all suits, <br /> accidents, and damage that may arise by reason of any opening in any street, alley or public ground <br /> made by the person or by those in the person's employment for any purpose whatsoever, and that the <br /> person will replace and restore the street and alley over such opening to the condition existing prior to <br /> installation, adequately guard the opening with barricades and lights, and keep and maintain the opening <br /> to the satisfaction of the city or its authorized representative, and shall conform in all respects to the rules <br /> and regulations of the city relative thereto, and pay all fines that may be imposed on the person by law. <br /> (Code 1982, § 1300.06(15)) <br /> Secs. 78-134^78-150. - Reserved. <br /> Elk River, Minnesota, Code of Ordinances Page 15 <br />
