The general hours of operation are Mon.-Sat. Sam to <br />9pm/ Sun. 10 am-7 pm. Hours do vary from store to store. AutoZone will employ <br />8-12 employees per store with 3-5 employees per shift. Deliveries will be once a <br />week during off peak hours with full size tractor trailer. We will have 44 new <br />parking spaces for this store with street entrances off of Zane Street on the east <br />and the no-name private street on the north with two additional entrances from the <br />adjacent shopping center to the south. Screening and landscaping will be <br />provided per city requirements as well as a block with brick veneer screening for <br />the dumpster enclosure. We are proposing a block building with brick veneer. <br />White EIFS will be above the front doors and windows. The eave area of the <br />building will have decorative foam cornice around the entire building. The Building <br />materials follow the standard design set forth by the city ordinance. The store will <br />have (2) wall signs, one 54" with left stripe for the front of the building facing Zane <br />Street. The second wall sign is a proposed 42" cloud sign with no stripes on the <br />rear wall facing US Hwy No. 169.
