Chris Stearns <br /> <br />Question for Developer of Echo Hills Project <br /> 1 Could a buffer zone/safe zone be put into place along the proper'b/ lines? <br /> <br /> 2 When will this project start? <br /> <br /> 3 When will deveIoper start removing trees? <br /> Area is covered with Oak Trees, what if developer starts oak <br /> <br /> What will be done to protect my property from this? <br /> <br /> 4 Irrigation? <br /> This property is in a sunken area what type of ground suppo~ will be in place? <br /> What kind of impact will removing trees have on my property (example: irrigation) <br /> <br /> 5Wild Animals <br /> What b/pe of impact will this development have on the wildlife? <br /> <br /> 6 Proctor Avenue <br /> This road is a 2 lane road with no sidewalks. High School kids walk to and from <br /> If this construction is being done during school are these kids at risk to be struck by a <br /> car or truck, since there will be tots of trucks coming and going on this road. <br /> <br /> What will the construction schedule be? <br /> <br /> The site of this development is also off the road which is on a curve. Proctor is also <br /> a no passing zone area. There will be limes when traffic will be affected by this construction. <br /> Will there be a flag person directing traffic? <br /> <br /> 7 Schools <br /> Eik River Schools are past full capacity..
