The City Council of the City of Elk River has determined that Ordinance 03-__ should be <br />published in summary form. <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE #03- __ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> ADOPTING THE 2004 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The City of Elk River does ordain: <br /> <br /> On December 15, 2003, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 03-__ <br />adopting the 2004 fee schedule. This Master Fee Schedule, referred to as Exhibit A, B, C, <br />D, and E has made slight increases, decreases, and elimination of some of the City services <br />and licensing fees. To be increased: assessment search certification; park dedication fee of <br />residential and commercial sites; permits for septic installation and repair; plumbing permits, <br />and sewer availability charge. To be decreased: fireworks sales permit or renewal. Charges <br />to be eliminated: cost for Community Profile; copying; permit to carry handgun; marketing <br />brochure; and railroad parking lot sticker. New charge: reproduction of CD or DVD. <br /> <br /> A printed copy of the full text of the Ordinance and Master Fee Schedule, referred <br />to as Exhibit A, B, C, D, and E in Ordinance 03-__, is available for public inspection at the <br />office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours - <br />8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br /> This summary of Ordinance #03- has been approved by the City Council, by at <br />least four-fifths vote, on December 15, 2003.
