Strategies <br />1. In order to create Jackson Avenue and 4`h Street as <br />primary corridors, as described in the Plan, an overall <br />feasibility study should be completed in order to <br />implement the following action steps: <br />a. Secure additional right -of -way (100 feet <br />minimum) for Jackson Avenue to create an area <br />sufficient for parking, trees, sidewalks /trails, <br />lighting, and a center landscaped median. <br />b. Secure additional right -of -way for Jackson <br />Avenue and 4`h Street intersection and <br />realignment modifications and improvements. <br />c. Vacate Railroad Drive between Main Street and <br />Jackson Avenue to facilitate a safer travel corridor <br />via 4`h Street. <br />d. Identify necessary road and infrastructure <br />improvements. <br />e.
