The following remarks correlate to the staff comment <br /> numbers and are incorporated on the revised plan set. <br /> (#1,2)Plan shows 73 stalls including 3 HC stalls.(Existing 75 stalls includes 3 marked HC <br /> stalls).Number of stalls reduced from existing to accommodate planting islands.Plan will allow <br /> for grass overflow parking for special occasional events. <br /> (#4)Plan adds three planting islands(with tree and shrub beds). <br /> (#5,6)Bleacher capacity of 42 seats each and are moveable. Total site bleacher capacity equals <br /> 252 seats.Plan proposes 73 stalls for an event capacity of 292. (Reference City requirements of 1 <br /> stall per 4 spectators). <br /> (#7, 8, 9)Landscape Requirements: Plan meets City Staff direction for 48 overstory shade trees, <br /> 24 evergreens trees,23 ornamental trees with a 30 deciduous tree credits and 2 evergreen tree <br /> credits due to existing and preserved trees(refer to landscape plan). <br /> (#10,11) Spectrum understands parking is not allowed on Co Rd 12. Trails: While not a city <br /> requirement, Spectrum will install woodchip trails from parking lot to facilities. <br /> (#14)Restrooms will be part of storm building renovation.Temporary portable facilities will be <br /> provided until completion of storm building renovation.Portables will meet city standards. <br /> (#13)Fields will be irrigated. <br /> (#12)Field photometrics plan and product information included(demonstrates less than.1 ft <br /> candles at residential property line)—see attached.Musco light green structure on 70 ft pole. <br /> (#3)Parking lot Photometrics and product information—required min. 1.5 ft candle thought <br /> parking lot and less than.1 ft candles at residential property line—see attached.LaneView LED <br /> fixtures on 25ft poles. <br /> Attached Plan set includes: <br />
