We now know that only watermain will be necessary <br />to be placed there, and sanitary sewer to serve further north will come from a different <br />direction. Therefore, we believe that it would be possible to relocate their sign to the <br />spot that it was originally shown. The City could even consider vacating a small piece of <br />this 40-foot drainage and utility easement along the east side to allow the location of the <br />Norwest Bank sign.
