Once the objectives for each goal were reviewed and refined by <br /> the Strategic Planning Team, the committees were charged with the development of <br /> operational plans for each objective. <br /> The strategic initiatives, goals and objectives are detailed in the following pages. As the project <br /> continues forward, operational plans will be developed that will define detailed tasks and <br /> timelines to be used to accomplish each goal.
