FINANCIAL IMPACT <br /> The city and school district obtained two quotations from contractors for the completion of providing <br /> water service at Oak Knoll. The quotations received were as follows: <br /> Remove,replace curb and asphalt, and restore street and install irrigation lines with a separate tap for <br /> school field and city fields. <br /> Herbst Excavating $15,515.00 <br /> Brenteson Companies $21,863.00 <br /> This amount with a 50/50 split agreement between the city and school district becomes a total of <br /> $7,757.50 that the city is obligated. <br /> The city and the school district are paying their own costs to install a separate water meter and an <br /> enclosure. For the city, this includes installing a water meter in an above ground enclosure and install a <br /> bypass valve for the option of using either well or city water. <br /> Great Northern Landscapes $2,950.00 <br /> Install concrete and fence for the above ground enclosure <br /> Art of Concrete $600.00 <br /> Top Line Fencing $700.00 <br /> This project will be funded through the Park Improvement Fund for a grand total of$12,007.50. <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> • Well Location Figure <br /> Action Motion by Second by Vote <br /> Follow Up <br /> P O 1I E R E / 11 <br />
