Accountability of volunteer victims <br />will be with Tammy Harding. <br />Full-scale exercise begins. <br />Radio call from Elk River Police squad to Sherburne Dispatch. <br />Reporting a tornado approaching Elk River. "THIS IS AN EXERCISE!" <br />"I have seen a wall cloud with definite <br />rotation and a funnel hanging, but not yet <br />reaching the ground. It is headed directly <br />for Elk River!" <br />~epending on actual weather.) Outdoor Warning Siren <br />activated near Sherburne County Fairgrounds. <br />Radio call to Sherburne Dispatch. <br />Sheriffs Deputy on scene at County Fairgrounds: "THIS IS AN EXERCISE!" <br />"There has been a tornado touchdown <br />at the fairgrounds, there is extensive <br />damage. There are injuries, page out <br />Rescue, EMS, and Fire." <br />Elk River Fire and Ambulance paged. <br />Fire and Ambulance blocked by debris in the area at Highway <br />10 and Joplin Street. <br />Arrive on scene. <br />Cellular called to Sherburne Dispatch reporting an overturned <br />tanker on Orono Parkway by Hudson Lane. <br />Radio to dispatch: <br /> "THIS IS AN EXERCISE!" <br /> "This is 3623, there is a tanker <br /> truck rollover at the intersection <br /> of Orono Parkway and Hudson Lane. <br /> Diesel fuel is leaking from the tank." <br /> <br /> <br />
