has been reported to Sherburne County Dispatch, by a citizen, that an <br />overturned 7500 gallon tanker is leaking product onto the roadway at Orono <br />Parkway and Hudson Lane from damage due to the tornado. Numerous <br />phone calls have been reported to 911, Sherburne County Government <br />Center, and the City of Elk River City Hall, in reference to the tornado and <br />the overturned tanker. Numerous phone calls have been reported to Elk <br />River UtJ]ities in reference to no power in the area surrounding the <br />Sherburne County Fairgrounds. At approximately 10:00 a.m. the National <br />Weather Service has given the all-clear for the Tornado Warning and Severe <br />Thunderstorm Warning for the southern portion of Sherburne County <br />including the City of Elk River.
