This position also assists in the upkeep of the Pavement Management <br />System, the Municipal State Aid System, the Storm Water Management system and the GIS <br />Mapping System. This position may also assist in the review of development plans and the <br />coordination of en eerin recoxdkee in , includin electronic GIS and AutoCAD records. <br />Essential Functions <br />1. Municipal State Aid System annual update <br />A. MSA needs <br />B. MSA map <br />C. Certification of MSA mileage <br />2. Assists in the Pavement Management System <br />A. Annual or biannual road rating of the city streets <br />B. Annual ox biannual update of database, based on road rating and construction <br />projects <br />Assists with feasibility study plans and specifications fox public improvements <br />A. Cost estimate and exhibit preparation <br />B. Quantity take-off pxepaxadon <br />C. Permit application preparation <br />D. AutoCAD preparation of plan sheets <br />4. Assists in Storm Water Management <br />A. Annual or biannual rating of ponds and wetlands <br />B. Annual update of city wide storm water management system database <br />5. GIS Data Collection and Mapping <br />A. Update City maps using ArcGIS <br />B. Assist Staff in setting up data collection processes <br />C. Post process collected data and update citywide system <br />6. Construction inspection activities on public improvement projects <br />A.
