The <br />numbers and work needed are intended to give you a feel as to what would be <br />needed to bring the main level of the facility up to a useable space. The cost <br />is only an estimate. The following is a list of my findings: <br /> <br />Exterior Repair <br /> <br />Work Needed <br /> <br />Estimated Cost <br /> <br />Remove exterior metal structure from the canopies, <br />fill holes and repaint metal front and repair stucco <br />soffit. <br /> <br />$ 1,500 <br /> <br />Provide handicap van parking space and provide a <br />handicap ramp. <br /> <br />$ 350 <br /> <br />Repair metal work by return air stacks. <br /> <br />$ 2OO <br /> <br />Interior Main Level <br /> <br />Take down all interior walls and shelving brackets to <br />expose the existing studs. <br /> <br />$ 500 <br /> <br />Completion of stud work where the cooler area was, <br />the completion of stud work on the existing walls, and <br />insulate. <br /> <br />$ 2,800 <br /> <br />Sheetrock all walls up to a 10 ft. ceiling height and tape. $ 4,500 <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
