City Council Minutes <br />December 19, 2011 <br />Page 4 <br />Mayor Dietz questioned why four additional hours were needed for Ms. Riebel's position. <br />Mr. Fortner stated the additional four hours is requested by the department in order to assist • <br />Parks Maintenance with administrative work and to take care of the social media <br />communications for the department. <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER WESTGAARD TO HIRE AUBRA PODOLSKE TO FILL <br />THE PART-TIME RECREATION ASSISTANT POSITION AT STEP A, PAY <br />GRADE 3, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 3, 2012 AND TO INCREASE THE HOURS <br />FOR JACKIE RIEBEL FROM 20 TO 24 PER WEEK.
