maintained by the Contractor and authorized for release by the HRA, and from Contractor's unlawful disclosure or use of data protected under state and federal laws. Section 3. Contract Price 3.1. The HRA shall pay the Contractor $59,600 for its performance of the Work under this Contract. Section 4. Project Schedule 4.1. Contractor shall commence the Work on or after Contract execution. Upon execution of this Contract, the Contractor shall provide the HRA with a schedule of the work. The Work shall be completed no later than January 5, 2011. Section 5. State and Local Permit Requirements and Related Submittals 5.1. Contractor shall obtain and pay the cost of, all permits required by the City of Elk River, including, without limitation, a plumbing permit (for water and sanitary sewer disconnects) and a demolition permit. No less than two days prior to beginning the Work, the Contractor shall provide the HRA with a description of the measures it proposes to take in order to control dust and noise during the performance of the Work. 5.3. Contractor shall obtain MPCA 10 day approval notification. 5.4 Upon completion of the Work, Contractor shall provide the HRA with: 5.4.1. Copies of any permits required by government agencies other than the City of Elk River, such as transport or disposal permits. 5.4.2. Copies of any test results required by government agencies other than the City of Elk River. 5.4.3. Copies of landfill records indicating receipt and acceptance of the Hazardous Materials by a landfill licensed to accept Hazardous Materials. Section 6. Job Conditions -General 6.1. Contractor must disconnect and abandon all utilities serving the Property, including water, sanitary sewer, electricity, gas and telecommunications or arrange for disconnection and abandonment of same at its own expense. Contractor shall not begin any work pursuant to this Contract until the HRA has verified that disconnection and abandonment have been completed. 3
