We have been working closely with <br />the attorney for the developer in the past few months. We anticipate that in early 1998 <br />the project will be submitted to begin the review process through the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />TROTT BROOK FARMS <br /> <br />This is the development of the Wadde Schultz farm. We also anticipate on this project, <br />the developer submitting his plans in early 1998 to begin the review process through the <br />Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />RIVERPLACE <br /> <br />This is the development of the Moon property north of TH 10 across from the <br />Government Center. This project has received preliminary plat approval from the City <br />Council. We anticipate that construction plans will be submitted soon for the City's <br />review, and that the plat will be back on a City Council agenda in early 1998 for final plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />HIDDEN CREEK <br /> <br />This is a development along the east side of Meadowvale Road near CSAH 1. This <br />project was tabled at the last Planning Commission meeting. We anticipate that it will be <br />approved at the upcoming Planning Commission meeting and then move forward to the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />ORONO SHORES (GUARDIAN ANGELS) <br /> <br />This is the development of the Guardian Angels property along Lake Orono near the <br />intersection of TH 10 and Joplin. This project was also tabled at the last Planning <br />Commission meeting. We anticipate that in January it will be back before the Planning <br />Commission and should be to the City Council in February or March. <br /> <br />BOSTON STREET FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> <br />This is a small feasibility study to look at the extension of sanitary sewer and water to <br />serve the properties north of Orono Road on Boston Street. This project was petitioned <br />for by the benefited property owners. The feasibility has been prepared and will be <br />submitted to the City Council shortly. <br /> <br />Howard R, Green Company <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEERS <br /> <br /> <br />
