The property has varying topography and is heavily <br />wooded with mature hardwoods. The natural characteristics of this property <br />are similar to the entire ridge line which extends east and west across the <br />197th Avenue alignment between Highway 169 and County Road No. 1. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
