The <br />property is a 57 acre farm with a house, barn, garage and several sheds. The <br />farmstead is located on the eastern side of the property and will be included <br />on the 3.4 acre parcel. The remaining 53 acres is undeveloped. <br /> <br />The property is rolling, mostly wooded, with a small portion in the center <br />under cultivation. There is a wetland in the rear of the 53 acre parcel and a <br />large grove of trees in the northwest corner.
