The proposed <br />right-of-way width for the transportation corridor is 120 feet to provide area for <br />the construction of a 72-foot wide urban street with concrete channelization, <br />pedestrian facilities, and other amenities. Additional street right-of-way ~vidth <br />will be required at intersections where turn lanes will be located.
