The district was intended to allow <br />certain light industrial, office and limited commercial uses based on the <br />underlying land use classification. Office and light industrial uses would be <br />allowed when the underlying land use is light industrial, and certain <br />commercial uses would be allowed when the underlying land use <br />classification is highway business. The current ordinance does not reflect that <br />intent. <br /> <br />The option that is recommended by the Commission and staff lists the uses <br />allowed based on the underlying land uses as shown below: <br /> <br />Permitted Uses <br /> <br />Permitted uses allowed when the underlying land use is light <br />industrial: <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
