Multiple buildings on a lot <br /> 6. Multiple tenant buildings <br /> 7. Restaurants (Class I) <br /> <br />The Statement of Purpose could also be amended to better reflect the <br />original intent of the Business Park district. The following is a revised <br />Statement of Purpose the accomplishes that: <br /> <br />The Business Park district is established to encourage a planned, <br />integrated environment for certain industrial, office and commercial <br />uses which are compatible with and compliment each other as well as <br />the surrounding land uses. The underlying land use designation will <br />guide the type of uses allowed within the district.
