The property currently has an existing <br />home along with two detached garages on the property. The subdivision will <br />create two parcels; Parcel A of 13,047 square feet and Parcel B of 11,882 <br />square feet. Both parcels meet the minimum lot size requirement of 10,000 <br />square feet set forth in the Rlc zoning district. The one exception will be <br />Parcel A which will not quite meet the frontage requirement of 100 feet.
