B. Create customer rate studies, program benefit studies, and efficient technology <br />investment payback studies. <br />C. Promote ERMU conservation programs and provide customer education through <br />presentations, tours, program materials, and customer correspondence. <br />4. Performs other essential job duties. <br />A. AssisC in the advocacy for utilities' positions. <br />B. Assist with website and marketing material information accuracy. <br />C. Regular and timely work attendance. <br />D. Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. <br />E. Other duties as assigned. <br />Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities <br />• Knowledge and ability to efficiently use computer, word processing and spreadsheet <br />sofrware, phone, copier, and other standazd office equipment. <br />• Knowledge of electric and water utility industries and conservation regulations. <br />• Knowledge of commercial building systems including lighting, motors, variable frequency <br />drives, and HVAC. <br />^ Excellent public speaking skills and ability to professionally represent ERMU. <br />• Excellent written communication skills. <br />• Ability to work independently. <br />• Ability to make decisions within policy and position parameters. <br />• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with supervisors, staff, and customers in a <br />courteous and efficient manner. <br />Minimum Qualifications <br />• High school degree or equivalent. <br />• 4-year college degree. <br />• Total of 5 years related utility experience. <br />Preferred Qualifications <br />• State certified residential energy auditor. <br />• Completion of Certified Energy Management program. <br />This Position Description is not intended to bean-inclusive.
