Company resource for fielding energy and water conservation inquiries. <br />Responsible for electric and water conservation programs, and responsible for key accounts <br />ro ram. Provide eneral su ort for other de artments and assist with eneral duties. <br />Essential Functions <br />Responsible for ERMU's compliance with Federal and State energy regulations <br />(including the Next Generation Energy Act of 2007) through administration of ERMU's <br />Conservation Improvement Program (CIP): <br />A. Responsible for the CIP budget. <br />B. Oversee CIP planning, forecasting, and reporting. <br />C. Develop, maintain, and promote conservation programs to achieve CIP goals. <br />D. Oversee the Dispersed Generation and Interruptible Load Program. <br />E. Oversee Demand Side Management programs. <br />F. Oversee commercial/residential rebate programs. <br />2. Stewazd ERMU's leadership position on water conservation and the protection of our <br />water resources. Oversee ERMU's water conservation programs, commercial/residential <br />rebates, and promote water conservation through customer education: <br />A. Develop, maintain, and promote water conservation programs. <br />B. Assist with the education, promotion, data collection, and record keeping for the <br />wellhead protection program. <br />C. Oversee commercial/residential "smart system" sprinkling rebates. <br />Responsible for the key accounts program. Have availability for and initiate contact with <br />key accounts to promote utility programs and develop positive community relations. <br />Provide general correspondence with customers to address questions. Assist with <br />mazketing and public relations. Promote the utilities by representing ERMU at public <br />events, giving facility tours, and providing educational and demonstrational speaking <br />events: <br />A. Assist with addressing quality, usage, and rate questions or concerns for electric <br />and water customers. <br />Page 1 <br />
