Other Terms and Conditions <br />1. All work shall comply with applicable State and Federal regulations and requirements. <br />2. All work must comply with all Petrofund and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency requirements. <br />3. All work shall be completed without damage to the adjacent roadway surface. Any disturbed <br />paved surface shall be restored to the acceptability of the CITY and may require, up to, full depth, <br />full width, repaving of the traffic lane adjacent to the damaged area. <br />4. The City will retain 5% of payments until final acceptance of the project. <br />5. All work must be completed by October 1, 2011. <br />6. Contractor is responsible for .all permits and compliance with all local, state, and Federal building <br />and electrical codes. <br />7. Contractor must provide evidence of being bonded, licensed and insured. <br />8.
