This is primarily the result of the additional traffic from the Phase 1 <br />development area. In order to mitigate these deficiencies a dual left turn lane was <br />assumed for westbound 171St Avenue to southbound TH 10 / 169 and the <br />installation of a traffic signal at the new TH 10 / 169 and Twin Lakes Parkway <br />intersection. The results indicate that with the proposed mitigation, the overall <br />intersection would then be operating at a LOS D or better with any development <br />Scenario, however with development Scenario 1 and Scenario 3 there would be <br />movements at a LOS F.
