Analysis Zones (TAZ) were developed for the study area in order to accurately <br />assign traffic to the roadway network. <br />The development is anticipated to be completed in phases. In order to determine <br />what improvements may be needed with each Phase of development, a portion of <br />each TAZ was assumed to be included as part of a particular Phase.
