Class II <br />restaurant. The proposed restaurant will be located in the northwest corner <br />of Outlot A in Hillside Crossing Two. The parcel which Culvers would like to <br />occupy is a .8 acre parcel which will be considered with the preliminary and <br />final plat of Hillside Crossing Five. The proposed restaurant will include a <br />98 person seating area along with a drive-through window as well as an <br />outdoor patio area.
