The existing church has a total of 24,000 square feet; therefore, <br />the total square footage would be approximately 41,000 square feet. <br /> <br />The worship area is proposed to have an occupant load of 639 spaces. Based <br />on the parking requirements of one stall for every three seats, the total of 241 <br />parking stalls would be required.
