The <br />building was originally constructed in 1993 and was destroyed by wind in <br />July of this year. The conditional use permit is required for the construction <br />of a second principle building. <br /> <br />In 1988, Metro Gravel was granted a conditional use permit for a truck <br />terminal at this site.
