G9. Location and traffic control at development access /driveway locations shall ' <br />follow the City's Access Spacing Guidelines and be evaluated as development <br />occurs in the area. At a minimum each location should include a left turn lane from <br />the primary roadway. ' <br />H. Noise, Construction Dust, and Screening <br />H1. Construction dust control shall be in compliance with the National Ambient Air ' <br />Quality Standards (NAAQS) at the site boundaries. <br />H2. The City limits construction activities to 6:OOAM to 9:OOPM. Construction in the ' <br />study area will be required to meet these standards. <br />H3. Site plans for future developments should include measures such as appropriate <br />setback distances, earthen berms, noise walls, and appropriate site design (such <br />as outdoor activity areas being developed away from major noise sources). Each <br />of these items should be considered on a case-by-case basis. The site plans <br />developed for specific projects should show the proposed locations and types of <br />mitigation, with the estimated noise reductions for all areas projected to exceed <br />noise standards. <br />I. Trails, Parks, Open Space, and Visual Impacts <br />I1. The establishment of a greenway corridor as show on Figure 11-3 will need to <br />be incorporated into development plans for the area. <br />I2. Per the City's ordinances, park dedication will be in conformance with City Code <br />and the City's Park Plan. CITY -will this development be affected by this? <br />I3. Trail connection to the Mississippi River Regional Trail will need to be <br />incorporated into development plans for the area. <br />I4.
