The Council requested that the <br />equipment certificate costs be evened out d~roughout the five-year period. It was suggested <br />that the money received from Elk River Udlities be saved for a few years with the intention <br />of purchasing an expensive piece of equipment. <br /> <br />Following discussion by the Council, the items below were identified by the Council as <br />si=maificant issues and possible iTigh pnorit7 items. <br /> <br />· Additional large areas of park land (Counc~-nember Kuester) <br />· Meadowvale R. oad reconstruction.(2004) <br />· Ice Arena floor and roof replacement <br /> <br />Finance Director Lori Johnson indicated that staff ~vould make the requested adjustments to <br />the draft Capital Improvement Plan and return it to the Council for approval before the end <br />of the year. <br /> <br />9.
