COMMISSIONER HOULTON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION CARRIED 4~0. <br /> <br />Update on Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the fact that their comments have not been added to <br />the second draft of the Comprehensive Plan. They decided to make a point of this <br />at the next meeting of the Plan Committee. <br /> <br />Discuss Literature Search and Archaeolo~cal Modelin¢ Grant <br /> <br />Stephen Rohlfinformed the group of a meeting held with the State Archeologist <br />regarding this project. He also informed the group that Art Hennington, a former <br />Elk River High School Teacher, was at the meeting. Mr. Hennin~on is in <br />possession of approximately 60 audio tapes, on which various important figures <br />from Elk River's past discuss its history.
