Staff has <br />identifiecl 8 potential areas using the following criteria: <br /> <br />- utility availability- present (0-1 year) and future (1-5 years) <br />- currentzoning/lancl use <br />- surrouncling lancl uses <br />- mark:et potential <br />- transportation/access <br />- topography <br />- soil conditions (i.e. wetlancls) <br /> <br />Paul notecl that ownership issues are not being consiclerecl in the criteria at this <br />point. <br /> <br />Commissioner Duitsman indicatecJ the recommendations from the EDA will be <br />providecl to the Strategic Planning Task: Force to aicl them in their overall planning <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />3.
