Public hearing notices have been distributed to the <br />newspaper; as of today, no comments for or against the project have been received. <br />Engineering <br />2) The following comments were generated by the City Engineer, Justin Femrite. <br />a. C-1 Site Plan - No Comment <br />b. C-2 Utility Plan <br />1) Identify existing forcemain along south property line. Assure adequate cover <br />exists over the top of the forcemain. <br />2) Provide detail of all public utility= connections. <br />3) Remove proposed water service from connecting to the main in School <br />street and provide service connected to the existing watermain on Jackson <br />Avenue. <br />4) Change "Note 4" to reflect the same conditions but now on Jackson Avenue. <br />5) Identify proposed disruption area on Jackson Avenue for water connection. <br />6) Provide Standard Elk River details for all proposed improvements. <br />c. C-3 Grading Plan <br />1) Provide detail of connections with the City Street including pedestrian ramps, <br />valley gutter, sidewalks, etc. <br />2) Show proposed pavement section. <br />3) No curb elevations are identified. <br />4) Proposed curb type is not identified. <br />
