The attached charitable gambling expenditure reports from 1994 to present <br />show that all organizations have spent the required 75% of the lawful <br />purpose expenditures in the City's trade area. The trade area includes the <br />cities of Elk River, Ramsey, Otsego, Rogers and Zimmerman.
